What happens to you or your assets if you become incapacitated? What about your children or loved ones? Having a detailed and personalized estate plan means you control what happens to you, your assets and your family in the event of incapacity and death. Don’t leave it up to a Judge. Take control.
The court-supervised legal process to validate a will, settle debts, distribute assets, and distribute property to heirs. If you have to sue for wrongful death, you may also need a probate case in order to have a Personal Representative appointed in order to sue.
When you need the Court to appoint someone to make medical and/or financial decisions for an adult who is somewhat or totally incapacitated… or if you need to make financial decisions for a minor child receiving money (whether by inheritance or because of a law suit).
